This book caught my eye last year while I was picking up a few items in a grocery store.

Who are the 'problem' people in your life?
What is it that makes them a problem (the keys)?
Take the keys from them.

Do your best not to reciprocate their behaviors unless they are encouraging, uplifting, and value-adding. Then smile, walk away, and add value to someone else.
YOU choose your actions.
YOU choose your attitude.
YOU choose you emotions.
Don't give any person the keys... YOU control YOU!
YOU Matter!!
